At Dough Re Mi Cookies & Sweets, we take great care in packaging every order. All cookies are individually wrapped and heat-sealed for freshness. Due to this process, toppings such as caramel or chocolate drizzle may occasionally stick to the packaging.
We are not responsible for any damage or mishandling that may occur during transit by third-party shipping carriers. Refunds will not be issued for broken or damaged cookies.
Processing & Shipping Schedule:
Orders are baked fresh and shipped every Friday and Saturday. Please allow up to 4 days from the order date for processing during periods of high demand.
